grace and glory

For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory:
no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.
O LORD of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.

Psalm 84:11,12


I am so thankful that the LORD is my God.
I can trust Him.
He loves me and doesn't make any mistakes. Ever.

Still I struggle.
When I should lean on Him, too often I lean on me.
But I am still blessed. He is merciful.

He gives me grace, day by day, minute by minute.
He protects me. He takes care of me.
The LORD is the sunshine of my life.

He deserves all the glory.
How can I ever praise Him enough?
For all I have, will have, here and forever.
